Phoenix
A world in
which everything must be handy, and if not it must be a few minutes away. Everything
should fit in the palm of a hand and everyone should be as far as a keystroke
and if they are not, it is as if they were dead.
I have
written many articles about the digital era, the sick control by governments over these
technologies. The desire for governments to access all the information that
users generate is explained with the following: “knowledge is power”. I also
have written a few articles on stylometrics and how the
powers that BE intent to control humans by being able to track a person and
create a dossier just by using its writing patterns. With all these tools, it
is not preposterous to imagine people willingly accepting a “migration” towards
a digital conscience, because of comfort and security reasons. Yes, like the
matrix. It sounds extreme, but how far from it?.
Well, the
new generations are already dependent (addicted) to technology, the child
obesity indexes are scary, the most developed countries are getting older and
the generational succession is insufficient, the world is more dangerous these
days because of inequality and it is funny to think of it, but most humans are
being fed with something other than food.
The purpose
of this essay is not just to talk about technology; the idea is to discuss the
control over the planet, using technology.
There is no need to quote Alex Jones or David Icke. One just needs to go to the fountain of knowledge
and dive into the American “think tanks”. Just take a look and learn from the likes of Henry Kissinger
and Zbigniew Brzezinski, it is a crash course to understand what happened and what is about to
happen to this planet.
In the book
“Between Two Ages: America's Role in the Technetronic Era” Brzezinski already
talks about “new social patterns”, “religion and universal ideology” and a
“global fiscal system”. I know, the conspiracy theory bells chime loud and they
chime even louder because this book was written in 1970. It is also worth
noticing that this is the same Brzezinski that was behind the Operation Cyclone
in which the CIA (Christians In Action) recruited Islamic fundamentalists
(mujahideen) to fight the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan (1978-1992) and
the Red Army (1979-1989). The idea was “to give to the Russians their own
Vietnam”. Remember Rambo III?.
There is
also a big chance that the Operation Cyclone was financed with money made
through the crack epidemic, as it was told by Gary Webb in the Dark Alliance
series. The CIA and other key players of American Establishment knew of the drug
traffic from Colombia and Nicaragua to Miami, from there it was distributed as
cocaine and sold as crack (Freeway Ricky Ross, Los Angeles). The profits were
used to finance the Contras in Nicaragua… as far as Gary Webb knew.
Contrary to
popular belief, these technology and communication advancements do not
correspond to a process of human evolution. The fact that we are connected
through devises that are more affordable every six months, but we become disconnected
on the human and spiritual side, is no accident. Communications, software and
technology are very profitable industries just for a few chosen people, but it
is not a coincidence that this massive “free flow” of information is being
allowed.
Historically
speaking, no government has ever allowed its people to think and speak freely,
let's not even talk about conspiring to overthrow it. In a world covered with
cameras and apps designed to serve almost every single need, it is worth asking
what the real level of introspection, cleverness and discretion from the
majority of people really is. How many of them still believe that the
revolution will start in Twitter?
How long
does it take for these people to discover that it was a trap? A really good example
is when people from different generations talk about money. The current purchase
power topic is essential and how older generations deem it as miserable
compared to, let’s say 50 years ago. The concept of one dollar going really far
is incomprehensible to newer generations. The other topics go from austerity
and financial education, to e-commerce and the wide range of credit cards
available. I have noticed that the gap becomes an abyss when talking about
Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Pay & Android Pay and whatever is next.
“The comfort
of acquiring tangible goods with an intangible currency” says a Millennial
sitting at the airport. The intangible currency is not new, in fact, we have
been conditioned to accept it through credit and debit cards. But let’s
seriously think about it, what would happen if an international organization
that just a few people have heard about, decided to impose a global currency? How many people would reject it? How many people would think that it is correct
to be united, even if it is just by currency, just because we are all brothers?
What would happen if that currency was digital? When I say digital currency, I
am talking about the elimination of any tender currency (bills and coins) How
many would say that it is safer because corruption would be avoided and
criminals would think twice? Do you know
what a bank freeze is? Have you watched Brazil by Terry
Gilliam? Keep in mind that all digital things are traceable.
When the
result of the Brexit referendum was announced, I remember seeing a video showing
a British lady crying on camera because “hatred prevailed”. It made
me think about it, and perhaps, the true origin of the storm is the
insecurities of the majority. People who would rather see its neighbors
enslaved rather than dealing with their own fears and becoming a hero in the
process. This is the point when I think of Fukuyama, Huntington and Caulhoun. I
think of Fukuyama because the end of history is reflected in the end of
ideological struggle, capitalism and liberal democracy prevailed. I think of
Huntington because the gap among people is constantly increasing, and this gap
is being fueled by petty feuds. Calhoun and his “beautiful ones” and here, and
they control our fate because of you.
